本节中概述的条款适用于所有有关Advent of Ascension的情况。

豁免

如果您有Tslat的明确、书面、有文件证明的许可，此页面上的所有任何/所有条款即可废止。不应要求提出这一证据会被视为违反本许可协议。

适用范围

这些许可协议适用于Advent of Ascension过去、现在和将来的所有编译二进制文件，其任何资源、官方Wiki内容和资源，以及与Mod相关的所有源码。

经济收益

就硬通货而言，在无一例外的情况下，所有使用Mod的玩家皆能平等和自由地获得Mod及其资源。但您不得以任何方式使用Mod或其任何资源的缘由获取经济收益，这些包括使用广告链接，譬如广告链接或广告重定向链接。硬通货在这里被定义为任何形式的金钱或联系到现实生活中行为或货币的服务。您可能不会需要通过访问Mod或其资源的任何部分进行捐赠、投票、外部付款或与外部货币相关的付款。
但是，您可以根据需要限制软货币背后的Mod内容。这里的软货币被定义为任何形式的严格的货币，与外部货币或服务没有任何联系，无一例外。

义务

先提前概述此事：本许可协议不能在法庭上举证。即使举证成功，我们谁也不想处理法院的诉讼。然而，违反本许可协议的行为将在合理和实际的情况下遭到反对者的群而攻之。我以诚意和免费之名开发和提供这个Mod，请尊重所有喜欢本Mod以及展望未来更新的其他人。另外，如果您违反本许可协议，您要知道您会让一个可爱的生物失望了。汝不愿之，可否？

发布

上传、分享，或重新托管Advent of Ascension或其任何资源。

托管

在任何情况下，您都不得将Mod或其任何资源重新托管在任何平台上进行发布。如有需要，您可以上传Mod并用于私人共享（在您的朋友之间），但出于所有公共目的，所有下载必须来自官方认可的频道，譬如官方Discord服务器、官方CurseForge页面，或者官方Wiki下载页。

装入整合包

作为上述条款的一个单一例外，您可以重新托管本Mod。任何整合包中的编译二进制文件（.jar文件）需要达到该整合包中使用需求。需要单独下载Mod的整合包必须链接到上述条款中列出的官方下载渠道其中之一。

备用托管

如果由于某种原因，现有的下载/发布方法都不符合您使用Mod的需求，您可以要求Tslat作出替代方案。我们不会保证你的请求会得到批准，但尽可能会得到更多的考虑。

使用

游玩、描绘、展示，或以其他方式使用Advent of Ascension或其任何资源。

游玩

所有玩家在任何情况下都可以自由地游玩Advent of Ascension。在过去、现在或未来的任何时候，访问本Mod的玩家都不会被要求支付经济费用或使用服务。

整合包

您可以根据需要创建、使用和发布有关Advent of Ascension的任何整合包，前提整合包符合本许可协议的其余条款。

扩展/附加包

您可以根据需要创建、使用和发布有关Advent of Ascension的任何扩展或加载项，前提扩展或附加包符合本许可协议的其余条款。

归属

在本Mod或其资源被描绘、链接、复核或以其他方式展示的所有情况下，Mod开发者Tslat必须要清楚而明确地对其进行登记。链接到官方Wiki是再好不过的选择，但不是强制要求。

重新使用

使用Mod或其资源超出了游玩或展示的范围。

资源

本Mod的所有过去、现在和未来资源仅属于Mod开发者。并拒绝在另一个Mod、特性或项目中使用资源的权利。这些包括所有源码、材质包、音效、模型和设计。

修改

本Mod可以被私人修改。但是，修改后的文件不得以任何方式公开发布。您可以私下与朋友分享该文件。

保留权利

Tslat保留将任何附加包或扩展到核心Mod中所创建的任何概念的权利。然而，扩展的所有资源和代码都严格地属于附加包作者，并且假设使用该概念时，也相应地考虑作者的想法和愿望。

违反

对违反本许可协议任何部分行为的响应。

终止服务

违反本许可协议可能会导致永久失去使用Mod或Mod部分的能力。一律不考虑以任何理由违反这些条款任何部分的用户。

Licenses given out by Tslat for Advent of Ascension

HH3 Group

Permission has been given to HH3 development team MWH to develop AoA3 on Netease (网易我的世界) Minecraft. They will not receive official development support nor assets. Proceeds from the development of their mod on their platform goes to them. They are expected to credit the primary developer of AoA (Tslat) on any platforms they advertise the netease version on.

ChuangYi Studio

Permission has been given to ChuangYi Studio development team to develop AoA3 on Netease (网易我的世界) Minecraft. They will not receive official development support nor assets. Proceeds from the development of their mod on their platform goes to them. They are expected to credit the primary developer of AoA (Tslat) on any platforms they advertise the netease version on.

QingFeng Studio (青枫工作室)

Permission has been given to QingFeng Studio development team to develop AoA3 on Netease (网易我的世界) Minecraft. They will not receive official development support nor assets. Proceeds from the development of their mod on their platform goes to them. They are expected to credit the primary developer of AoA (Tslat) on any platforms they advertise the netease version on.

MuOu Studio

Permission has been given to MuOu Studio development team to develop AoA3 on Netease (网易我的世界) Minecraft. They will not receive official development support nor assets. Proceeds from the development of their mod on their platform goes to them. They are expected to credit the primary developer of AoA (Tslat) on any platforms they advertise the netease version on.

(NON-COMMERCIAL) Eternal AoA 永恒虚无世界

Permission has been given to Eternal AoA to host AoA3 servers on Netease (网易我的世界) Minecraft. They must not profit off of AoA content directly (such as by restricting, then selling AoA items ingame), but may profit via other methods (such as selling their own content)
